Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses the appsstore.ai Service. It exists to keep the Service safe, lawful, and useful for everyone.
1You may not use the Service to
- Break the law, or build, host, or operate anything illegal;
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights, or misappropriate trade secrets;
- Create, distribute, or facilitate malware, ransomware, spyware, botnets, phishing, or other malicious or deceptive code or campaigns;
- Gain or attempt unauthorized access to any system, account, network, or data (including credential stuffing, scraping behind auth, or bypassing access controls);
- Send spam or unlawful bulk or unsolicited communications;
- Process personal data unlawfully, or share data you have no right to share, through the Agent;
- Build tools or content that promote violence, terrorism, child sexual abuse material, human trafficking, or unlawful surveillance;
- Engage in fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or sale of illegal or heavily regulated goods without authorization;
- Misrepresent your identity or your right to the systems and data you connect; or
- Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service, or circumvent usage limits, metering, or security features.
2Security & platform integrity
- Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written permission (see our security contact below for coordinated disclosure);
- Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source from the Agent or platform except where the law permits;
- Do not resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly allowed; and
- Do not use the Service to compete with us by building a substantially similar marketplace, or to benchmark it for a competitor.
3Conduct toward Experts
Treat Experts with respect. No harassment, discrimination, threats, or abuse. Do not attempt to move an Expert engagement off-platform to avoid fees or the protections of these policies (see the non-solicitation term in the Terms). Do not ask Experts to perform anything prohibited by this AUP; they may decline and report such requests.
4Responsibility for your content and requests
You are responsible for the projects, code, data, and instructions you bring to the Service and for the actions you approve. Only connect systems and data you are authorized to share, and make sure the work you request is lawful and within your rights.
5Enforcement
If we believe you have violated this AUP, we may remove content, suspend or terminate access, refuse or reverse work, and report to authorities where appropriate — with or without notice, depending on severity. Serious or repeated violations lead to termination without refund. We may also cooperate with law enforcement and preserve records.
6Reporting abuse or vulnerabilities
Report abuse or suspected violations to abuse@appsstore.ai. Report security vulnerabilities to security@appsstore.ai; please give us a reasonable chance to fix issues before public disclosure.
